Where are my Sims 2 downloaded sims?
I've downloaded a few sims from modthesims, and I've already learnt that I can import them from body shop to my game... But I can't find them anywhere in body shop =SI've tried placing my downloaded sims in my downloads sub-folder and in my saved sims folder, but they aren't appearing in body shop or in game.
I don't use body shop, so it could be that I'm just looking in the wrong place... I've tried package sims (empty) and in the sims catalog (not in there)
I don't really know what else to do xD;;
Ah! One more thing (completely separate question really), I've downloaded some hair which hasn't been colour-binned properly (ie. it's all stuck in the custom hair folder), is there a way for me to colour bin it myself?

Transferring sims 2 neighborhood onto another computer?
I know that I need to obviously get it on a flash drive and transfer it. But I'm trying to transfer a custom neighborhood that I made to the new computer. In the neighborhood file on my current computer, there are files called N001, N002, N003 and N004. Also E001 and F001. I've done this before and i know one of them is the neighborhood I made but i can't remember. Help?Pytanie #3:

Will the Sims 3 run on my computer?
I just recently bought a new computer and I was thinking of buying the Sims 3, but on the last couple of computers I've had, the Sims 2 ran horribly (framerate issues, crashing, etc.). I have downloaded The Sims 2 Complete collection and it told me to use Magic ISO to download. I followed someone else's answer but got to the stage where you go on: Tools - Virtual CD/DVD-ROM - Install MagicDisc etc. I downloaded the software ( i think ) but when i go onto it again, it should come up with something like: k: no media. But it still says: Install MagicDisc etc.Whyy wont it work?? Or is it something i've done wrong? Please help!!

Sims 3 Help appreciated Nothing works! How do you meet the Reaper?
Please only serious and detailed answers. I have Sims 3 just the base game. I sincerely want to interact/talk with the Grim Reaper. I have done extensive research online and have found many so-called solutions none of which have yielded any interactions. I have killed my Sim countless times now through fire and starvation. Each time the Reaper comes and shakes his head says my Sims misfortune is fascinating and so he allows him to live. At first I tried without the death flower but I read that Grim won't speak to you without having one so I acquired that. I put garden gnomes about because I heard he will take the time to knock them over giving you the chance to interact but he doesn't even take note. I have tried shift clicking Grim and the 3 options I get are: object, trigger age transition, and lastly something about music preference so I can't simply shift-click and add him into my active household like I can an ordinary Sim. I can only teleport my own Sims I see no means of teleporting him though I can move him using move objects. Do I need a teleportation pad? Clicking on the mailbox and forcing him over just allows me a quick view because again I can't interact with the Reaper. Does my character have to have certain traits? Does it not work with the base game? I know that there are multiple Reaper's but I've tried enough now that I think I should have found one I can talk too at least once! Is it even true you can interact with him? Does my character need to have maxed out his lifetime wants and have earned a lot of points?Pytanie #17:
Acer Aspire "NOT ASPIRE ONE!!" won't turn on/black screen?
Hello, I tried to look for a solution for this problem but all what I found is solutions for Aspire One, and my laptop is Aspire Notebook 2920Z, okay so here's the problem..I was playing The sims 3 when suddenly it froze, I thought maybe it was because of the game maybe it crashed or something, I pressed many buttons but nothing happened it's like it froze completely so I shut it down by holding the Power button and releasing it, I pressed it again but there's nothing on the screen, nothing comes out just a black screen, the same one you have when you don't turn on the laptop, I thought maybe because of the battery so I took it out but still nothing happened, many ppl did the BIOS solution with the USB thing but I think it only works for Aspire One laptops because it didn't work on mine, and actually in the BIOS file I downloaded from the acer official website, I don't have the .FD file, the one I should rename it to ZG5IA32.FD, I only have:

so what should I do? I don't want to lose all my data I just want my laptop back T_T

I was wondering which expansion packs are actually worth getting or if they're all good? Do I need them all either way or can I pick whatever I want? What to do with Sims 2 crashing?
I have The Sims 2 Double Deluxe, Seasons, Pets, University, and Glamour Life. They all worked on my old laptop, but it would overheat and crash and run slow. My husband has bought a new computer that operates with Windows 7 64-bit and a Nvidia GeForce 6150se 430 video card. I know that the games have compatibility issues with both of these, but I was wondering if there is ANY way to get my games to work. Or....should I get Sims 3? Will that work? We are willing to downgrade windows or change the video card if we KNOW that will work. Any advice???I forgot to add that it crashes during the splash screen. A box comes up that says this application will terminate, or something along those lines.

I have Sims 3. I really want to meet the Grim Reaper not just see him but speak to him and interact with him as much as possible. My question is do I need to enable aging for this to be possible? Even my unlucky Sims never actually have bad luck, nothing not electrocutions, fires etc., trapping them doesn't work so its gotta be the aging thing right? What's the easiest way to meet him? I will use cheats that's fine. I have tried the mailbox thing and he comes I see him but I've never been able to speak to him. Why won't my Sims fall in love?
I have a male and female Sim (male is PC, female is NPC) that met while at the University. They liked each other right away and have been dating the whole time. Now, my PC has graduated and wants badly to get married. The problem is that I cannot get the option of propose marriage. They both have the icons for Friends, BFF, Chemistry, and 100 in both the top and bottom bars. However, they have pink crush hearts, instead of the red. I have tried everything. For nearly 48 hours (Sim time) they have done nothing but spend time on each other (using 10 Love Potions each), but they just won't fall in love. WHY?? The only thing I can think of is that they were waiting for marriage to Woohoo. Must they Woohoo to fall in love? Also, their memories reflect having fallen in love, but the hearts have never moved off crush. Help!I forgot to mention that -- sorry! Both have been kept at max their needs. Male is in white mood, female is in green mood. I have been letting them follow their motives as long as it was spending time together. Also, the house is quite nice and clean.

Has anyone using Sims 2 Double Deluxe been able to write a novel?
My Sim has maxed out creativity and now she wants to write a novel, but when I have her sit down at the computer, there's no "write novel" option. I've tried both kinds of computers and it still doesn't work. I haven't downloaded any hacks and I made sure any cheats were turned off. I did a little research just to see if other people had any luck, and I've found other people saying that they're using Double Deluxe (which is Sims 2 with the Nightlife and Celebration Stuff expansion packs) and they haven't been able to write a novel either. If it doesn't work on Double Deluxe, I don't know why it would even say the Sim wanted to write one. Is this really some kind of glitch with Double Deluxe?Pytanie #38:

I have the sims 2 nightlife, pets, and seasons. Whenever I place I place Items on the first floor, and then move up a floor, the items on the first floor dissapear, are they supposed to do this? How can I make it so that they don't dissappear?THANK YOU VALERIEE!!!!!

I lost the CD and have been trying to install the no CD crack to play it, but I'm kind of a complete noob when it comes to this sort of stuff. I just ordered a brand new iPhone 3gs off eBay locked to the O2 network (UK). I want to use pay and go and I would also like to receive free internet after topping up. Does anyone know if there are any sims like these available . Also, does the free internet for a year only apply if I buy the phone through the O2 shop.
